"We the People" (not "we the corporations") with DAVID COBB from MOVE TO AMEND, Sen 'Ginny' Lyons, and Jerry Greenfield
![]() |
Corporate America is at it again claiming the Constitution as its own and demeaning our Bill of Rights all in the name of "Corporate Personhood."
David Cobb will speak on how we can re-establish a balance between corporate power and the interests of the people. He will outline the key issues of the Move to Amend campaign, an organized nationwide effort to create a 28th amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
- Should corporations have the same rights as Americans citizens?
- Should corporations have the right to plead the 5th amendment or exercise the right of free speech by funding political candidates?
- What can Vermonters do to weigh in on these questions?
Senator 'Ginny' Lyons will bring the Vermont view and explain how the State can lead the way to a better tomorrow.
Jerry Greenfield, one of the great businessmen of Vermont, will bring his passion and experience to this important issue.
